1.Main engine:double-layer tungsten carbide drawing stepped pulley ring,full immersion.gear

transmission,gear and bearing are lubricated by oil pump,engine shell in cast form.

2.Control desk shows speed and meter etc.

3.Tension control,aluminum alloyed surface of all rollers are treated by ceramic processing.

4.Wire take-up system:Fast ,stable and with large capacity.

High speed Rod Break Down Machine is the first stage in the wire drawing machine. we have two basic types. one is the Straight Wire Drawing Machine, another is cone type wire drawing machine. we can make the machine according to the customer's requirements.
